After you pay
What happens next, in plain order.
- 01Stripe takes the payment and sends you a receipt with the amount and the date.
- 02We email you within 24 hours from the desk, confirming your Pass and its expiry date in full.
- 03The current issue comes with that email. After that, Thursdays at 18:00 ET.
- 04Reply to any issue and a person answers. That inbox is read by us.
There is no recurring billing on this platform, so nothing can charge you silently. Near the end of a 12-month Pass we email a fresh link at day 335 and again at day 358. If you do nothing, the Pass simply ends and you move to the free Monthly Brief.
Unused paid time is refundable on request, processed through Stripe, confirmed by email in one sentence with the amount and the date. No argument attached and no retention offer.
